Absolutely amazing customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size skates for my youngest son, and the store was more than happy to help change the size before they were shipped. I’m genuinely very grateful for the support and understanding.
The skates themselves have been fantastic. They’ve really boosted my boy’s confidence and allowed him to do things on skates that he simply couldn’t do before. Seeing his progression and excitement every time he skates has been awesome. Highly recommend both the skates and the people behind the store.
