📏FE X1/X3 Size Chart
The Flying Eagle X1 and X3 come in 2-size EU brackets — the dual-fit liner adapts across each bracket. Measure your foot length in cm (Mondo) and match it to the bracket below. US and UK are Flying Eagle’s own conversions.
How to measure: Place a sheet of paper against a wall on a hard floor. Stand on it with your heel against the wall and mark the tip of your longest toe. Measure the distance in centimetres — that cm value is your size.
| Foot (cm) | EU | US | UK |
|---|---|---|---|
| 22 – 23 | 35 – 36 | 3 – 4 | 2.5 – 3.5 |
| 23.5 – 24 | 37 – 38 | 5 – 6 | 4 – 5 |
| 25 – 25.5 | 39 – 40 | 7 – 7.5 | 6 – 6.5 |
| 26 – 27 | 41 – 42 | 8 – 9 | 7 – 8 |
| 27.5 – 28 | 43 – 44 | 9.5 – 10 | 8.5 – 9 |
| 29 – 29.5 | 45 – 46 | 11 – 11.5 | 10 – 10.5 |
Width Guide
Narrow
Narrow Medium
Medium
Medium Wide
Wide
Flying Eagle Dual Fit Liner skates are a Medium Wide width.
Dual-Fit Brackets
Each size covers a 2-size EU bracket; the dual-fit liner adjusts to fit across it. Match your foot length in cm to the bracket above.
Fitting for COMFORT
Buy the bracket your foot is in, or round up if you’re between two brackets.
Fitting for PERFORMANCE
Choose the lower bracket (round down) for a snug fit.
Dual Fit Liner
The dual-fit liner adapts to span the 2-size bracket — a thicker setting fills the smaller end, thinner for the larger.
Insoles
A thinner insole adds about half a size of space.
✓ How it should feel
A snug fit with toes touching the end and feeling tight when new. As long as your toes are not curling up, the boot expands and widens over time.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Toes curling up, the foot sliding around, or the heel lifting once buckled.
