📏Ennui Elbow Shock Size Chart
The Ennui Shock Sleeve elbow gasket is a stretch pull-on sleeve with an impact pad over the elbow. Sizes are combined (XXS/XS, S/M, L/XL) and based on two arm circumferences: A = bicep, 5" above the elbow centre; B = forearm, 4" below. If you fall between sizes, size up for comfort.
| Size | A (cm) | B (cm) |
|---|---|---|
| XXS / XS | 19 – 26 | 18 – 24 |
| S / M | 26 – 31 | 25 – 28 |
| L / XL | 31 – 38 | 28 – 32 |
💪 Elbow Gasket
Measure A: wrap a soft tape around the bicep 5" above the centre of the elbow.
Measure B: wrap the tape around the forearm 4" below the centre of the elbow. Keep the arm slightly bent and relaxed.
✓ How it should feel
Impact cap centred over the elbow. Snug all-around with no pinching at the back of the joint. Stays in place when you bend, fall or skate.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Slides down the forearm when you walk. Cap shifts off-centre on impact. Pins-and-needles below the strap (too tight). Bunches at the back of the joint.
Size Chart Disclaimer. This chart is provided for reference only and reflects measurements supplied by Ennui. Applies to all Ennui Shock Sleeve elbow gasket models. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect size purchases — when in doubt, message us before ordering.

สนับศอกคู่ที่สองแบบเดียวกัน ฉันชอบมันเพราะมันบางและฉันใส่ไว้ใต้เสื้อผ้า ไม่สามารถบอกได้ว่ามันอยู่ตรงนั้น แต่มันก็ทำงานได้ดี!Second pair of elbow pads of the same kind. I love it as it’s slim and I wear it under my clothes . Can’t tell it’s there but it’s doing its job!

An autumn evening in Brisbane Australia I wore the elbow sleeves for 20 minutes before retuning them to my car as they were too hot for me for a WNS.
Thats probably more of a me thing.แปลจากภาษาอังกฤษ ·
