How to measure: Place a sheet of paper against a wall on a hard floor. Stand on it with your heel against the wall and mark the tip of your longest toe. Measure the distance in centimetres — that cm value is your size.

How to choose
These ice skates are sized in EU pairs — each size covers two EU sizes. Wear thin skating socks and match your foot length below.
On the ice
Lace firmly through the ankle so the heel locks with no slide. The boot should feel snug and supportive for control and edge work.
✓ How it should feel
Snug, supported hold with toes lightly grazing the end and the heel seated — comfortable for a full session.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Toes crushed at the front or pressure across the foot means it is too small; a lifting heel or excess room means size down.
Size Chart Disclaimer. This conversion follows Playlife’s official chart and is indicative only. Skates are sold in EU size pairs; measure both feet and choose by the larger one. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect size purchases — when in doubt, message us before ordering.

What’s Normal
Free or reduced shipping on orders above ₫12,500,000. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order. We ship with FedEx Express — fast, fully tracked, door to door.
Your order is delivered duty unpaid (DDU). Vietnam import duty and VAT can be prepaid in your cart so FedEx asks for nothing on delivery; otherwise it is payable to FedEx when your order arrives.
Hand-built skates can carry a few minor cosmetic marks and may need a short break-in — none of it affects performance or safety. See exactly what’s normal →
