The Nutcase VIO MIPS LED helmet was designed for both urban and adventure riders alike. Featuring safety leading MIPS technology and 360˚ LED lighting (200 lumen front/65 lumen side & rear), lighting up the night has never been so much fun. The VIO delivers all this with a 3 hour run time.
VIO brings ground-breaking light and panoramic visibility to the urban jungle and wanderlust gravel backroads with an industry leading 360˚ LED light system. Featuring an innovative headbadge that doubles as a headlamp that produces 200 LED lumens of headlight and a 65 LED lumen side and rear red and orange light band, the VIO can be seen from over 500 feet away meeting most state guidelines as a bicycle light. Literally at its core, the Vio boasts an exclusive and patented Exo-skeleton technology, making the VIO the lightest 360° LED helmet in the world. Vio boasts a two piece in-mold construction with Duo Density EPS foam. A denser outer layer of foam shields against initial impacts and a softer inner layer cushions the brain after initial impact, providing the ultimate in protection.

📏Helmet Size Chart
Measure your head circumference with a soft tape ~3 cm above your eyebrows, around the widest point at the back of your head. Match the cm value to your helmet’s size band on the product page.
Match Size
Compare your cm number to the size band on the product page (e.g. 54–58 cm). If you fall between bands, size up.
Adjustable Dial
Once on, turn the rear adjustment ring until snug. The chin strap should sit flat with no slack — fine-tune the V-yokes around your ears.
✓ How it should feel
Snug all the way around. Doesn’t move when you shake your head. Sits level — front rim about a finger above the eyebrows. No pressure points after 10 minutes.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Tilts forward or back. Slides side-to-side. Pinches the temples or forehead. Compresses ears. Has a gap between rim and forehead.
Size Chart Disclaimer. Helmet sizing varies between brands — this guide is general reference. Always check the specific cm range on the product page. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect size purchases — when in doubt, message us before ordering.
