📏USD Aeon w 2nd Skin Liner V2 Size Chart
The USD Aeon fitted with the MyFit 2nd Skin liner. Each shell covers a 2-size EU bracket — measure your foot length in cm (Mondo) and match it to the EU bracket below. The US columns show Men’s and Women’s.
How to measure: Place your foot flat against a wall on a sheet of A4 paper. Draw a line at the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance to the edge of the paper — that cm value is the size to match.
| Foot (cm) | EU | US (M) | US (W) | UK |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 22.9 – 24.2 | 36 – 38 | 5 – 6 | 6 – 7 | 4 – 5 |
| 24.8 – 25.5 | 39 – 40 | 7 – 7.5 | 8 – 8.5 | 6 – 6.5 |
| 26.1 – 26.8 | 41 – 42 | 8 – 9 | 9 – 10 | 7 – 8 |

Width Guide

Wide
With the 2nd Skin liner the USD Aeon is a Narrow Medium width.
Width
With the 2nd Skin liner this set-up is a Narrow Medium width (see the Width Guide above). Each shell covers a 2-size EU bracket; round up if you fall between brackets.
Fitting for COMFORT
Add 10mm to your measurement and round up if you fall between sizes.
Fitting for PERFORMANCE
Buy your exact size, or round up if you fall between sizes.
Shell
USD Aeon aggressive hard shell — each shell covers a 2-size EU bracket (dual sizing); the liner and insole fine-tune the fit.
Liner
MyFit 2nd Skin liner — an ultra-thin, low-profile liner that wraps the foot closely for direct board feel and power transfer.
Insoles
A thinner insole adds about half a size of space inside the boot — e.g. a 42 becomes a 42.5.
✓ How it should feel
A snug fit — toes touching or reaching the end and feeling tight when the skates are new is fine. As long as your toes are not curling up, the boot and liner expand and widen as they break in.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Toes curling up against the front, the foot sliding around, or the heel lifting after tightening — that means the skate is too small; size up.

The skates are super comfortable and supportive. I love the new design, especially the memory buckles, making them very easy to put on and off. I can roll on them for 4 hours with feeling any discomfort.
