Startout G Kids Skates — a beginner-friendly recreational inline skate built for kids taking their first strides. Sturdy molded hard shell, one-piece monocoque frame, flat 4-wheel setup, and a heel brake — everything dialled to make learning easier and safer.
The molded vented shell suits all foot types and stays cool, while the welded-sole padded liner keeps the inside comfortable. Best of all, the boot adjusts across 4 sizes so it grows with your child, and a lateral slider on the cuff lets it flex naturally through every stride.
Sized to your boot:
- S (EU 29–32): 62/64mm wheels on a 207mm monocoque frame
- M (EU 33–36): 66/68mm wheels on a 219mm monocoque frame
- All sizes: 85A wheels · ABEC 7 bearings · 152mm mount · heel brake included
Locked in by a top cuff buckle, a 45° micro-adjustable mid buckle, and a toe velcro strap — three points of contact for a secure, customisable fit.
- Best for: Learning to skate · recreation · casual rolling
- Skill level: Beginner
- Bonus: 4-size adjustable shell (grows with your child) · heel brake included · suits all foot types
- Look: Pink hard shell with mint-green buckles and straps — a bright, playful girls' colourway

📏Startout Kids Size Chart
Startout kids skates use an adjustable push-button shell that expands across 4 EU sizes per pair. Match your child’s foot length in cm (Mondo) to the row below — for kids who are growing, choose the size where their current foot sits in the lower half of the range.
How to measure: Place a sheet of paper against a wall on a hard floor. Stand the child on it with their heel against the wall and mark the tip of the longest toe. Measure the distance in centimetres — that cm value is the Mondo size to match against the chart below.
| Size | Foot (cm) | EU | US |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | 18 – 20.5 | 29 – 32 | 12J – 1 |
| M | 21 – 22.5 | 33 – 36 | 2 – 4.5 |
| L | 23.5 – 25.5 | 37 – 40 | 5.5 – 7.5 |
Adjustable shell
The push-button shell expands across 4 EU sizes. Each bracket above (S/M/L) is one pair of skates that covers the whole range.
Fitting for COMFORT
Size up to make full use of the range. If your child is EU 31 today, buy M (33–36), not S (29–32) — they’ll grow into it.
Fitting for PERFORMANCE
Size up and add a thicker insole to take up the front gap while still leaving growth room.
Insoles
If the skate runs loose after sizing up, drop in a regular shoe insole on top of the stock one to take up space. Remove it as your child’s foot grows.
✓ How it should feel
Extremely snug at the sides. Space at the toe area is fine — the child is growing. Toes touching or reaching the front is the best fit.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Toes curling up. Heel lifting in the skate after buckles are tightened. Significant slop side-to-side at the ankle.
Size Chart Disclaimer. This chart reflects measurements supplied by Sixy / Startout. Kids skates are designed to grow with the child — the size bracket covers 4 EU sizes per pair. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect size purchases — when in doubt, message us before ordering.

The service is overall pleasant. However it will be better if we can visit the whole store itself rather than seeing the products in the screen. There are many wonderful products which we would like to take a look unfortunately this part is limited.
