The Powerslide Urban Skate Brake Mount works with Powerslide Urban skates up to 110mm wheel size (the Mega size takes 3 x 125mm). It fits flat, non-rockered Powerslide frames up to the stated maximum for each size (4-wheel for Small and Medium, 3x110 for Large), such as the Imperial. It does not fit rockered frames. It's a 3-D stamped mount with replaceable rubber brake pad (pad included).
Double threaded axle allows for use on frames using a single sided axle. May work with other brands depending on thread.

Medium = 4 x 84-90mm
