💬Description
💬Description
USD Aeon 80 Sand is an urban aggressive skate: the tough Aeon unibody on bigger 80mm wheels, for skaters who cruise the city between spots and still want an aggressive boot.
Unibody. Shell, soulplate, and frame fused as one — lighter weight, bombproof durability.
Aeon 80 or Aeon 60? The 80mm wheels roll further and handle rough pavement better, which makes the Aeon 80 the better choice for getting around town. The Aeon 60's smaller wheels sit lower and feel quicker in the park.
Custom Fit. The MYFIT liner is heat-moldable for a personalised, pressure-free fit.
Getting the size right. Aeon shells come in two-size pairs, such as EU 41-42. Measure your foot from heel to longest toe and choose the size whose range includes it in the size finder; aggressive skates are worn snug.
Frame by size: EU 36-42: 265mm unibody; EU 43-44: 270mm; EU 45-46: 275mm.

📏USD Aeon w 2nd Skin Liner V2 Size Chart
The USD Aeon fitted with the MyFit 2nd Skin liner. Each shell covers a 2-size EU bracket — measure your foot length in cm (Mondo) and match it to the EU bracket below. The US columns show Men’s and Women’s.
How to measure: Place your foot flat against a wall on a sheet of A4 paper. Draw a line at the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance to the edge of the paper — that cm value is the size to match.
| Foot (cm) | EU | US (M) | US (W) | UK |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 22.9 – 24.2 | 36 – 38 | 5 – 6 | 6 – 7 | 4 – 5 |
| 24.8 – 25.5 | 39 – 40 | 7 – 7.5 | 8 – 8.5 | 6 – 6.5 |
| 26.1 – 26.8 | 41 – 42 | 8 – 9 | 9 – 10 | 7 – 8 |

Width Guide
With the 2nd Skin liner the USD Aeon is a Narrow Medium width.
Width
With the 2nd Skin liner this set-up is a Narrow Medium width (see the Width Guide above). Each shell covers a 2-size EU bracket; round up if you fall between brackets.
Fitting for COMFORT
Add 10mm to your measurement and round up if you fall between sizes.
Fitting for PERFORMANCE
Buy your exact size, or round up if you fall between sizes.
Shell
USD Aeon aggressive hard shell — each shell covers a 2-size EU bracket (dual sizing); the liner and insole fine-tune the fit.
Liner
MyFit 2nd Skin liner — an ultra-thin, low-profile liner that wraps the foot closely for direct board feel and power transfer.
Insoles
A thinner insole adds about half a size of space inside the boot — e.g. a 42 becomes a 42.5.
✓ How it should feel
A snug fit — toes touching or reaching the end and feeling tight when the skates are new is fine. As long as your toes are not curling up, the boot and liner expand and widen as they break in.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Toes curling up against the front, the foot sliding around, or the heel lifting after tightening — that means the skate is too small; size up.
