📏K2 Kids Size Chart
K2 kids skates use a push-button adjustable shell that expands across several sizes per pair. Match your child’s foot length in cm (Mondo) to a bracket below — for growing kids, pick the bracket where their foot sits in the lower half of the range.
How to measure: Place a sheet of paper against a wall on a hard floor. Stand the child on it with their heel against the wall and mark the tip of the longest toe. Measure the distance in centimetres — that cm value is the Mondo size to match against the chart.
| Foot (cm) | EU | US |
|---|---|---|
| 17 – 20.5 | 29 – 34 | 11J – 2 |
| 19.5 – 23 | 32 – 37 | 1 – 5 |
| 22 – 25.5 | 35 – 40 | 4 – 8 |
Adjustable shell
The push-button shell expands across the range shown. Each bracket above (29–34 / 32–37 / 35–40) is one pair that covers the whole range.
Fitting for COMFORT
Size up to make full use of the range. If your child is EU 34 today, buy the 32–37 bracket, not 29–34 — they’ll grow into it.
Fitting for PERFORMANCE
Size up for growth and add a thicker insole to take up the front gap for a snugger ride now.
Liner
Plush K2 Junior soft-boot liner for comfortable all-day skating.
Insoles
If the skate runs loose after sizing up, add a regular shoe insole on top of the stock one to take up space. Remove it as your child’s foot grows.
✓ How it should feel
Extremely snug at the sides. Space at the toe area is fine — the child is growing. Toes touching or reaching the front is the best fit.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Toes curling up. Heel lifting in the skate after the buckles are tightened. Significant slop side-to-side at the ankle.
Size Chart Disclaimer. This chart reflects measurements supplied by K2. Kids skates are designed to grow with the child — each bracket spans several EU sizes per pair. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect size purchases — when in doubt, message us before ordering.
