📏Chaya Melrose Size Chart
Chaya Melrose quad skates come in single EU sizes. Measure your foot length in cm (Mondo) and match it to the row below. The Plate column is the size of the skate’s plate (the chassis the wheels mount to) — handy for replacement plates and tuning.
How to measure: Place a sheet of paper against a wall on a hard floor. Stand on it with your heel against the wall and mark the tip of your longest toe. Measure the distance in centimetres — that cm value is your size.
| Foot (cm) | EU | US (W/M) | UK | Plate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 22.9 | 36 | 6 / 5 | 4 | 8.5 |
| 23.6 | 37 | 6.5 / 5.5 | 4.5 | 8.5 |
| 24.2 | 38 | 7 / 6 | 5 | 9 |
| 24.8 | 39 | 8 / 7 | 6 | 9 |
| 25.5 | 40 | 8.5 / 7.5 | 6.5 | 9.5 |
| 26.1 | 41 | 9 / 8 | 7 | 9.5 |
| 26.8 | 42 | 10 / 9 | 8 | 10 |
Model Cut
Normal — suitable for all feet. Match your foot length in cm to the EU row above. The US column shows Women’s / Men’s.
Fitting for COMFORT
Size up one for a relaxed fit with a little extra room.
Fitting for PERFORMANCE
Buy your exact size. A snug boot gives better control; it softens and packs out after 6–8 hours.
Boot
High-cut quad boot with ankle support — classic roller-disco styling.
Plate
The plate (the chassis the wheels mount to) is sized to the boot — see the Plate column. Replacement plates and tuning follow this size.
Insoles
A thinner insole adds about half a size of space — e.g. a 38 becomes a 38.5.
✓ How it should feel
Wrapping with slight discomfort that softens after 6–8 hours. Toes touching or reaching the end.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Toes curling up, the foot moving around freely, or the heel lifting once laced.
Size Chart Disclaimer. This chart reflects measurements supplied by Chaya. The Melrose ships in single sizes EU 36–42; the Plate column shows the matching plate size. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect size purchases — when in doubt, message us before ordering.
