Was a bit scared about sizing as my foot is 265mm. The eu 41/42 goes up to 268mm ... They are really tight but the stock liner is packing down quite nicely and ghe skates are incredible. So stable and responsive. Love them

USD Aeon 60 Black is an aggressive skate for intermediate skaters riding skateparks, ledges and rails, and a durable all-rounder for street skating.
Unibody. Shell, soulplate, and frame fused as one — lighter weight, bombproof durability.
Aeon 60, Aeon 60 Note or Aeon 80? All three use the Aeon unibody. The Aeon 60 Black is the straightforward version. The Aeon 60 Note adds a heat-mouldable MYFIT liner for a personalised fit. The Aeon 80 rolls on bigger 80mm wheels for cruising streets between spots.
Getting the size right. Aeon shells come in two-size pairs, such as EU 41-42. Measure your foot from heel to longest toe and choose the size whose range includes it in the size finder. Aggressive skates are worn snug for control.
Frame by size: EU 36-38: 246mm unibody frame; EU 39-42: 256mm; EU 43-46: 269mm.

📏USD Aeon w Basic Dual Liner Size Chart
The USD Aeon fitted with the MyFit Basic Dual Fit liner. Each shell covers a 2-size EU bracket — measure your foot length in cm (Mondo) and match it to the EU bracket below. The US columns show Men’s and Women’s.
How to measure: Place your foot flat against a wall on a sheet of A4 paper. Draw a line at the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance to the edge of the paper — that cm value is the size to match.

USD Aeon aggressive hard shell — each shell covers a 2-size EU bracket (dual sizing); the liner and insole fine-tune the fit.
Liner
MyFit Basic Dual Fit liner — comfortable standard padding with a dual-fit shape; breaks in naturally with use.
Insoles
A thinner insole adds about half a size of space inside the boot — e.g. a 42 becomes a 42.5.
✓ How it should feel
A snug fit — toes touching or reaching the end and feeling tight when the skates are new is fine. As long as your toes are not curling up, the boot and liner expand and widen as they break in.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Toes curling up against the front, the foot sliding around, or the heel lifting after tightening — that means the skate is too small; size up.
